Asymmetrical bleeds and margins

• Bleeds and margins can have different values on different side of the page.

• To use asymmetrical bleeds or margins, define the desired values in the template definition using the same conventions that are used in CSS for paddings and margins, where bleed="5" means a bleed of 5 on every side, bleed="5 10" means bleed should be 5 on top and bottom side, and 10 on left and right sides, bleed="5 10 5 2.5" means a bleed of 5 on top and bottom, 10 on the right side, and 2.5 on the left.
