We suggest that all websites register for Google's official reCAPTCHA challenge. This can be done by first visiting: and creating a new site.
Be sure to select the v2 challenge and for improved user experience, select the invisible badge. This means that if a user is signed into any Google account on their browser, there will be no challenge displayed.
Be sure to enter in all domain variations you have.
Once you've completed the form, you will be able to copy in the site & secret keys into your Pixfizz storefront's Super Admin page. This can be accessed via the 3 dots (elipses) in the bottom left of your admin panel and then selecting 'Super Admin'.
From there you can select the relevant storefront and scrolling down the page on the left hand side, you will find the reCAPTCHA form (see image below). Hit save and reCAPTCHA will be activated!
If you don't setup an official Google reCAPTCHA for your website, users will be redirected to a dedicated hcaptcha page with a submit button to complete the human challenge. This is not as good of a user experience and also doesn't provide the analytics nor security level flexibility that Google offers.
