By default, artwork and job ticket files from confirmed orders are either sent to an FTP server or are pushed to a webservice, such as Siteflow or Presswise.
For an FTP setup, we suggest having the following folder structure:
Artwork - Your artwork will be available in a folder named after your order.
Job Tickets - By default we export an html job ticket. These can be retrieved for each order from within the FTP folder "Job Tickets".
PDF Job Tickets (upon request) - If you prefer to have PDF versions of our job tickets please request via the support channel. PDF's job tickets will be stored in a folder called "PDF Job Tickets" with the html ticket being stored in "Archived HTML Job Tickets". any processed HTML job tickets will be deleted from the folder "Job Tickets".
