One or more designs can be created for a template. The design inherits all of it's characteristics such as size and bleed from the template.

To create a new design for a template, click on "Add Design". Entre a name and a unique code. The code differs from the template code. click on "Save"
Designs have Pages and Layouts. It it typical to allow users to be able to, on any particular design, select from a range of pre-existing layouts
For a simple cut print template the following will be created. The name of the page is "print" which corresponds to the page in the template. To see the design tool select "Edit" - note the options you will see in the design tool is controlled by the selected "Editor Config"
To create new layouts, on the appropriate page, click on "Make Layout". This copies the page design (if any) and creates a new layout below. For this example we will create 2 layouts - one with an image covering the whole editor, and one with a 5mm white edge for the design.
In the top left of the interface you will see the icons below. From left to right the icons are:
Undo Edit
Redo Edit
Zoom Out
Zoom In
Add Text Box
Add Image Box
In the top centre of the interface the control from left to right. Note: Text boxes will always sit in front of image boxes
Bring to front selected item
Send to back selected item
Delete selected item
The editor admin has the following controls (as seen by the diagram below). Dark Grey shows the feature is on, light grey means the feature is off.
Editable - This allows the editing of the selected item
Move - The item can be moved
Resize - The item can be resized
Delete - Item can be deleted
Rotate - Item can be rotated
Opacity - Item opacity can be changed
